IIFH will participate in iCAMP26: The 5th Annual Innovation Summit for Food Biomanufacturing, taking place September 1–2, 2026, at UC Davis. Hosted by the UC Davis Integrative Center for Alternative Meat and Protein, the summit brings together researchers, startups, manufacturers, investors, policymakers, and industry leaders to explore the future of food biomanufacturing and sustainable food innovation. With a focus on translating science into scalable solutions, iCAMP26 will offer opportunities to discuss emerging technologies, commercialization pathways, and the role of biomanufacturing in strengthening the U.S. bioeconomy.
Kim Fisher and Marissa Pickard will speak at the summit, contributing IIFH’s perspective on how food and health innovation can move from discovery to real-world impact. IIFH’s participation reflects its continued interest in cross-sector collaboration, translational science, and the development of healthier, more sustainable food systems. Through this event, IIFH will engage with partners working across alternative proteins, fermentation, bioprocessing, entrepreneurship, and food systems transformation.
