IIFH Wine and Health Dinner

As the leading institution in wine and food science, UC Davis and the IIFH are conducting research into the molecular composition and potential bioactive properties of different wine varieties. The Robert Mondavi Institute for Wine and Food Science will host a Savor Lecture on Food and Wine event on September 16 after which IIFH will host a discussion including UC Davis scientists and wine industry executives building on the information presented at the Savor Lecture.
