IIFH will join the 23rd International Congress of Nutrition (IUNS) at the Palais des Congrès in Paris on 24–29 August 2025, centered on the theme “Sustainable Food for Global Health.” Alongside this focus, the program will cover fundamental, clinical, epidemiological, and social aspects of nutrition through lectures, symposia, oral presentations, and posters. With global representation on both the Organizing and Scientific Committees, the congress will highlight regional and national perspectives, while also supporting participation from colleagues and young researchers in low- and middle-income countries. Attendees will benefit from dedicated networking spaces, Paris’ accessibility and infrastructure from the 2024 Olympics, and opportunities to explore French gastronomy and sustainable food routes. A family-friendly social program will also showcase Paris and its surroundings, making the congress both scientifically enriching and culturally engaging.
