UC Davis has launched the Aggie Venture Accelerator, a new initiative designed to support early-stage startups advancing innovation across life sciences, including food and health.
Based at Aggie Square and delivered in partnership with The March Group, the accelerator provides founders with structured programming, mentorship, and access to up to $250,000 in investment. The program aims to help emerging companies move more quickly from discovery to real-world application.
By focusing on early-stage ventures, the Aggie Venture Accelerator strengthens the pipeline from university research to scalable solutions, supporting technologies that address pressing challenges in human health, nutrition, and sustainability.
This initiative further positions UC Davis as a leader in translating research into impact, particularly at the intersection of food and health.
